Delete Your FurFacts Account

How to request deletion

You can permanently delete your FurFacts account and all associated data directly within the app:

1. Open the FurFacts app and sign in to your account.
2. Go to the Settings tab.
3. Scroll to the Danger zone section.
4. If you signed in with email and password, enter your password to confirm your identity.
5. Tap Delete account and confirm when prompted.

Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately and permanently — this action cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your account and sign-in information
• All pet profiles you created, including photos
• All health records and any attached documents or photos
• All feeding, medication, and supplement schedules
• All emergency contacts you added
• Your name and email address stored in our records

What may be retained

Some information may be retained for a limited time after deletion for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, or where required by law. This may include records of transactions processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play (which are retained by Apple/Google according to their own policies, not by FurFacts), and anonymized or aggregated usage data that cannot be linked back to you. This retained data is not used to reconstruct your account or any personal information you provided.

Can't access the app?

If you're unable to sign in or use the in-app deletion option, contact us at support@pawfectfuriends.com from the email address associated with your account, and we will process your deletion request manually within a reasonable timeframe.
